Our team has a great deal of experience advising clients on the full range of real estate financings including both development and investment facilities. We work at all levels of the market and our clients are both borrowers and lenders, including clearing banks, challenger banks and debt funds who provide senior and mezzanine debt.
We’re proud to have completed development and investment financings for some of the largest developers and investors in the region and we work on a national and international level.
We work closely with specialists in our Real Estate and Construction Groups so that we can identify and solve quickly the construction, property, planning and environmental issues that are front of mind for real estate lenders and borrowers on a transaction.
Our real estate finance clients come to us for help with all stages of the property finance transaction – from deal structuring, term sheet advice, finance document negotiation, cp supervision, closing and post completion.
