Our service for residential developer clients also includes our dedicated City & Estates Team who manage plot sales and provide a seamless service throughout the lifespan of a development site from acquisition to disposal.

Affordable housing – advising on the acquisition, delivery maintenance and management of affordable housing to a cross-sector client base which includes Homes England, local authorities, Registered Providers including Anchor Hanover, Hyde, Home Group and Clarion, developers  (including Caddick and Peel) and contractors such as Equans.

Retirement living – retirement living is a key element of our residential work and our experienced lawyers can provide complete support. With over 30 years’ experience in the sector, we cover the full lifecycle of senior living assets, including: property acquisition/disposal, development and construction; estate and lease set up, including plot sales; portfolio management; and housing management, including enforcement of occupational agreements. We also provide complimentary specialist services including employment, immigration, inquest and regulatory support.

Student accommodation – offering student accommodation developers, operators, investors, education institutions and lenders a comprehensive range of legal services. These services include: acquisition and development, finance solutions including debt finance and forward funded development schemes, commercial contracts and management agreements, public procurement advice for large schemes including OJEC and competitive dialogue and real estate litigation including enforcement and possession proceedings.
