Our Pensions Disputes Team advises the Trustees, Administrators, Employers and Actuaries of large pension schemes on a wide range of pensions disputes.
We’re a multi-disciplinary team, which means you get the best of our expertise from across the firm and we work particularly closely with our colleagues in the wider Pensions Dispute Group and the Dispute Resolution team.
