Twm is a technically strong lawyer, known to keep calm under pressure and with an ‘easy to work with’ manner.  Twm carries out a broad range of commercial disputes work, with a particular focus on disputes involving fraud/asset tracing, matters involving urgent injunctive relief and supply chain disputes.

Although Twm works with a wide range of corporate clients, he often works with clients in the energy, food and drinks sector and manufacturing.  Collaboration is a key part of how Twm works and he regularly seeks expertise from colleagues across the firm, including those in the commercial, employment and insolvency teams.

Getting a good outcome for a client is what drives Twm, whether that’s through a commercial settlement or litigation, and he enjoys the competitive element of disputes work.
