Seann is a Senior Associate at Walker Morris. He works on all aspects of commercial property work, including development projects, sales and purchases and general landlord and tenant issues.  Seann has a particular focus on the student accommodation sector and the industrial/logistics sector.  He also specialises in the acquisition of land for the development of solar farms.

Seann’s clients include institutional investors, developers and occupiers.

Describing himself as committed, pragmatic and commercially focused, Seann finds the variety of work and the challenge of getting to the centre of a transaction the most rewarding part of his role.  “Dealing with issues and helping to provide a solution for our clients is hugely satisfying and I enjoy building strong relationships with them”.

Seann knows the importance of providing commercially minded and practical advice when dealing with complex real estate transactions and he notes that it’s important to be proactive and communicate well, to manage the often-conflicting priorities and expectations during such processes.

Detail orientated, Seann’s working style is collaborative and he’s well suited to life in what he describes as the “strong, tight knit teams” at Walker Morris.
