Meet Ricky's team
Ricky joined the Finance Commercial team at Walker Morris following his qualification in September 2017.
He has a depth of experience of working on a wide variety of matters including institutional finance from both a lender and borrower perspective, acquisition/leveraged finance, group restructuring with existing institutional debt, real estate finance (both development and investment) and debt/security diligence work on national and international corporate acquisitions. He has also worked on a number of matters in both the regulated and unregulated lending spaces including in relation to wholesale funding requirements and precedent documentation production and/or review.
