Oliver is a Partner in our Corporate Group and his work focusses on cross border, private equity and venture capital transactions. He acts for a range of investors, sponsors and sponsor backed corporate clients, many of which are located outside of the UK.

Oliver is a member of the Walker Morris International Committee with responsibility for relationships with other international law firms. He is also an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Cross Borders

Oliver’s cross border practice regularly involves multiple legal jurisdictions, regulations, market practices and tax regimes. He is well versed in guiding clients through the complexities arising from international transactions, deal structures and project managing teams across multiple time zones.
