Martin is the most senior partner in the Construction & Engineering Group, having practiced in this area of law for over 25 years. He is well known for his wealth of experience with high-risk high value cases in Construction and Development and his work also covers commercial litigation and dispute resolution, negligence, as well as major case group actions and fraud.

Committed to his clients

Martin’s clients describe him as “extremely competent” and his approach is both rigorous and thorough.
