Laura is a Senior Associate in our Employment Department. She has extensive experience advising clients in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retail and financial services.   Laura’s experience has included advising on a comprehensive range of non-contentious employment law issues covering senior hires and exits, grievances and disciplinary processes, TUPE, redundancies and reorganisation and harmonisation of terms and conditions.

She also has significant and wide-ranging Employment Tribunal litigation experience having dealt with all elements of Tribunal claims from inception through to final multi-day hearing.   This has included Laura successfully defending and conducting the advocacy for a multi-day discrimination claim which, if lost, would have had significant ramifications for a major UK retailer’s distribution processes. Laura is regularly commended for providing advice in simple, practical terms, regardless of the complexity of the issue, and for giving a view.
