Laura is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team.  She advises clients on company mergers and acquisitions and public company issues ranging from corporate governance and FCA and AIM rule compliance to IPSs and fundraisings. Laura acts on behalf of a wide range of UK and international clients, both public and private.

Developing relationships with her clients and helping them to achieve their goals is something Laura finds incredibly rewarding and she consistently provides a high level of client service.

Laura’s clients know that her positive attitude combined with her attention to detail will ensure their priorities are met and she is always willing to go the extra mile for them.

Describing her working style as collaborative, Laura fits in well at Walker Morris where collaboration is part of the firm’s ethos and strength. “The single site structure facilitates good working relationships between team members of the various disciplines who all come together to work on corporate transactions”.

Laura is a peer mentor to junior members of the team and the wider firm and she is part of the Women in Leadership Group.
