Kayleigh is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team. She works on national and international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and group reorganisations, across a wide range of sectors. Kayleigh’s clients range from small owner managed businesses to PLCs and large overseas corporates.

Kayleigh finds the variety of clients she works with a really rewarding part of her role, particularly when she has the opportunity to develop long-standing relationships and get deals completed for them.

Describing her approach to client work as personable, proactive and commercial, Kayleigh is keen to note the importance of being collaborative and she always thinks about the end goal for her clients.  She works well under pressure and makes herself available to her clients when they need her.

Kayleigh is involved in the Walker Morris mentoring programme, as well as in collaboration with local universities.
