Meet Isabel's team
Isabel trained and qualified at a north-eastern commercial law firm, following a previous career as a pub manager. She has over 6 years’ experience of dealing with property-related disputes, acting primarily for financial institutions and landlords.
She has experience of advising on a range of issues including residential leasehold forfeiture, shared ownership leases, compulsory purchase, trespass, public right of way diversions, and tenants’ associations. Isabel has acted on behalf of banks and other lending institutions in title rectification, defended possession proceedings, claims involving mortgage fraud, allegations of mis-selling and misrepresentation, and unfair relationship claims.
