Having joined Walker Morris as an experienced Litigator with 17 years experience, Deborah has now been with the firm for nearly 6 years. She is a Senior Associate specialising in contentious Construction and Engineering legal matters.
Deborah has developed extensive experience in construction law in her time with Walker Morris including professional negligence, defective works, delay and valuation disputes across a variety of dispute resolution platforms. As a result of Deborah’s contentious experience, her work often ranges from high value or complex construction litigation to fast paced adjudications in a variety of industry sectors.
In addition, Deborah provides advice in non-contentious construction matters including negotiating construction contracts for developers, contractors and subcontractors in a range of sectors.
