Alex is a Senior Associate specialising in both contentious and non-contentious legal construction work.
Alex has extensive experience in advising on, formulating and negotiating various forms of construction documents (including JCT, NEC, ICC, FIDIC, Logic, MF/1, Framework and bespoke contract, appointment and warranty forms) for a range of developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, tenants, purchasers and funders from a broad spectrum of sectors.
On the contentious side, Alex has considerable experience across the various dispute resolution platforms in the UK including adjudication, litigation and associated pre-action case management, mediation and settlement.
