Real Estate Partner advises Scarborough Group International on “game changing” deal for Thorpe Park

Specialist Real Estate partner, Austin Judson, has advised Scarborough Group International (SGI) on one of the largest single out of town office lettings recorded in Yorkshire and the biggest property transaction in the Northern Powerhouse region over the last 12 months.

Credit Management Company, Lowell has agreed a series of 15 year leases on a new building at Thorpe Park and will relocate its UK headquarters to the new 133,118 sq ft office building.

SGI secured planning consent for the new building in December last year as part of a commitment to invest £71m in the next phase of office development at Thorpe Park Leeds. It is also building a new 60,000 sq ft office building along with a multi-storey car park.
