Our Corporate team advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri (part of the Lifco group) on the acquisition of the majority of the shares in Cardel Group Limited a niche provider of lamination plates for products with high quality requirements such as ID, bank, and SIM cards.
Our team was led by Oliver Duke, Kayleigh Watson, and Ellie Foster.
