E-Cloth acquired by US private equity investors

Walker Morris advised on the acquisition of the E-Cloth group by US-based private equity investors, Camano Capital and Tonka Bay Equity Partners.
E-Cloth is a market leader in premium, environmentally-friendly microfiber cleaning products, distributing its products across direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and retail channels.
Oliver Duke and Marianne McKeown led the Walker Morris team.
The Walker Morris team was a 2019 finalist in “The Lawyer” Award’s UK wide category for ‘Corporate Team of the Year’ for its private equity work.
