We are a leading adviser to the energy, waste & infrastructure industry, with expertise in delivering renewable energy and low carbon infrastructure projects.

Over the last 10 years we’ve worked on some of the UK’s largest and most complex energy-from-waste, anaerobic digestion and biomethane projects.
In renewable energy we advise funders, contractors, developers and landowners on projects including solar PV, hydropower, wind, battery storage and private wire PPAs. Our role may cover site acquisition (options, leases, grid connection), development, planning (including DCO), permitting, financing, EPC/construction, O&M, fuel supply, offtake arrangements including PPA, re-financing and corporate disposal.
Our expertise covers cutting edge projects such as private wire networks, battery storage and electrical vehicle charging infrastructure. We understand the implications of Net Zero and we’ve developed expertise in green finance, low carbon and energy efficiency projects.
